Shades of grey
Hi sweets! How are you doing? Things are amazing out here in the U.S.A. :) I'm currently in Miami, Florida. I spent the past days at Universal Studios and the Harry Potter movie park. In the next days, I'm paying a visit to Wynwood, a very cool and arty area in Miami. Soon more about that!
For this shoot, I worked together with Morgane and Jozefien again. Last post for now, but I'm looking forward to shooting with them again :) Actually of the 3 shoots, this is my favourite one. Why? Because I love love love the smokey eyes, Jozefien created there. Never really tried smokey eyes, because it's immediately A LOT to get used to. But also I'm not the best make-up artist, for sure on myself ;) Also the outfit is just such a Joya-outfit. I could wear this every day.
This post is all about the color grey, which is one of my fave colors for a midi long coat, so I was one lucky kid to be able to shoot with this one by Essentiel, one of my fave Belgian brands. I'm wearing another Belgian brand on my nose for this shoot: Komono. The black dress (always in for a black dress) is one that I bought last year on ASOS. Why did I buy this simple black dress? Well it actually isn't that 'simple', as the top of the back has a see-through part. Also a basic black dress is always super easy to combine and comfortable to wear.
I have some exciting things coming up for you! My boo and main photographer, Billie, will be reporting some streetstyle shots right from New York Fashion Week, as she'll be staying there during NYFW! How cool is that :D Second location from where she'll be shooting streetstyle for Seen by Joya is still a secret. Third location: Miami. I will be taking some streetstyle shots over here this week. Soooooo a lot of streetstyle coming up in the next few weeks. Hope you're as excited as we are!
