Suit up

Hi guys! How are you? I've been super busy for school lately as I'm writing my final paper for my Bachelor degree, yay! So with some delay I'm posting this rather formal look with a flowery touch. A twofold checkered 'suit' has been on my wishlist forever. This one is pretty subtle yet surprisingly outspoken.

Also I've been wearing the two pieces apart from each other, which works out well too. I actually found this two-piece at Q/S Designed by, which is the little sister brand of s.Oliver. With Q/S, the s.Oliver group really wants to attract young and stylish people who aren't afraid of trying something new. I'd describe their first collection with Robin Schulz as daring and rock&roll. I'll be talking about their brand more soon :)

To perk up the more formal suit, I'm combining it with a flowery blouse by mbyM, a new brand that I've gotten in touch with. "mbyM was launched back in 2003 in Denmark. Their concept is based on skillful design, cool detailing and quality of cut. Their signature style is raw femininity mixed with Scandinavian coolness." What I like about them is that you get great quality of clothing at an affordable price. I'm finishing this look with a gorgeous (!!) bag by Karl Lagerfeld. Last week, Karl Lagerfeld announced the launch of the K/Metal Signature bag collection for S/S 2017. "The K/Metal Signature line fuses all the hallmarks of the brand: iconic design with a dash of irreverence. This luxe range translates Karl Lagerfeld’s signature into a hardware plaque, adding a striking design element to the variety of Bags and small accessories available in the all-leather collection." I really like the fact that the signature is really out there, yet subtle and classy, so without the 'too much' feeling. That's why I really wanted to add this piece to this rather classy look. Hope you like it! Talk to you soon.
